By downloading, installing, or using Plant Nurse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Plant Nurse helps you identify plants, diagnose common issues, and manage personalized care schedules for your garden, indoors or out. It includes an AI conversational companion ("Moss") and optional photo-based species and disease identification powered by third-party services described in the Privacy Policy.
Plant Nurse is free to use for up to three tracked plants. Plant Nurse+ unlocks unlimited plants and additional features via an auto-renewing subscription, which may include a free trial period.
Please read this section
Plant identification, disease diagnosis, toxicity information, and Moss's responses are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice from a horticulturist, arborist, veterinarian, or physician.
If a person or pet may have ingested a plant and you're concerned about toxicity, contact a poison control center, doctor, or veterinarian immediately — do not rely on the app for an emergency decision.
Species identification, disease diagnosis, and Moss's conversational responses are generated using third-party machine learning models and may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Use your own judgment, and treat results as a helpful starting point rather than a definitive answer.
Photos, notes, and other content you add remain yours. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any content you add to the app, and for the accuracy of information you enter.
You agree not to use Plant Nurse to violate any law, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the app or the services it connects to, or submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
The Plant Nurse app, its design, and its original written content (including species care guidance authored for the app) are owned by Plant Nurse. Species identification and diagnosis results returned by third-party services remain subject to those services' own terms.
Plant Nurse is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. There is no guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any plant will thrive as a result of following its guidance — plants are, after all, living things.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plant Nurse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of plants, or reliance on identification, diagnosis, or care guidance provided within it.
You may stop using Plant Nurse at any time by deleting the app. The app or any feature may be suspended or discontinued at Plant Nurse's discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
These terms may be updated from time to time. If material changes are made, the effective date above will be updated and, where appropriate, you will be notified within the app.
